Pick the Tranquility plan on your dashboard and confirm your details. Your one‑time activation fee of N100 will be shown at checkout. Once confirmed, your plan is active.
Top up with a minimum of N30,000 via Paystack using your card, bank transfer, or USSD. Your balance will update after payment is confirmed. Card top-ups are near instant; bank transfer and USSD may take a short time to reflect.
Find a provider in the Reliance network or start a telemedicine session. Telemedicine consultations are available online for just N400 per session, with prescriptions delivered to your doorstep.. We will take care of approvals for services like scans and procedures once your Care Balance has enough funds.
You prepay funds into your Care Balance, which covers your healthcare costs as you use services. You can add funds anytime and only use what you need.

Cancel an appointment? Your reserved funds return to your Care Balance within 14-21 days. If your final bill is less than reserved, the difference stays in your balance for future care.
