Already have insurance through your company with Reliance Health?
We recommend using your personal email to create a new account, as this will allow you to receive login credentials and complete your purchase easily.
However, if you prefer to use your company email (linked to your Reliance Health insurance, as Alafia is part of Reliance Health), you will still need to create an account on the sign up page. After successfully creating the account, you won’t receive new credentials via email. Instead, log in using your existing corporate credentials and access the “Manage Accounts” Dashboard to purchase any of the Serenity Health plans.
