Who is eligible for a Serenity health plan from Alafia by Reliance Health?

Anyone can be added to our Serenity plans. Please note that the cover and benefits of this plan are optimised for older people living in Nigeria, which is why we market it as a parental plan. But if it meets your needs, there is nothing to stop you purchasing it for yourself, a spouse, friends or other loved ones.
I want cover for other people, such as myself or my young children. Do you have other plans?

We’re in the process of building a range of new plans for different audiences with specialised needs. The Serenity health plans for elderly loved ones are the first we’re rolling out. If the included benefits meet your needs, then you’re welcome to purchase a Serenity plan. Otherwise, please contact us here and let us know your needs. This will help us in prioritising which health plans we roll out next!
Can my parents access healthcare if they travel out of their resident state?

Yes, your parents can roam throughout Nigeria with your plan. Wherever they go within the country, there will be facilities available on our Serenity health plans. Please see our full list of providers here.
Can I customise my Serenity plan?

Currently, we do not offer the ability to customise our consumer plans. However, we’ll be rolling out more plans in the near future, giving you the ability to tailor your Alafia coverage more closely to your specific requirements.
