  • Click on “Consult a doctor”
  • Start your consultation with a doctor via the means you  prefer (phone calls, or text)
  • The doctor can give you a recommendation,  a prescription code, or a referral note.
  • For prescriptions, you would receive a call/text telling you the closest pharmacy to pick up your medications
  • For referral, you would receive a referral note and get an appointment with a specialist scheduled for you by our customer care team.

    For the fever, tepid sponging with normal body temperature water would do and also give the paracetamol when the child is having this fever.
